Rolfing helps to bring balance and alignment to the body by releasing life-long and daily patterns of tension and stress.

Rolfing® is a systematic, hands-on approach created to balance the body around alignment and movement. Rolfing has been responsible for getting bodies all over the world out of pain and into balance.

With the use of my hands and instruction on movement patterns, I will help bring balanced alignment back to the body.

When the body is aligned better, pain created by the misalignment will resolve itself.

This, coupled with changing old patterns of movement that previously brought pain, allows you to continue evolving towards better balance and reduced pain long after the Rolfing series is over.
